Come join us in the Poconos for a vacation with your best friends; plan a school or family reunion; or say your vows with your loved one while the sun sets on the gorgeous Roamingwood Lake. Stay for a weekend, a week or longer; once you get here, you won't want to leave. Vacation home 2188 is located on a lovely road in the gated community, the Hideout, where the amenities are outstanding.

Surrounded by trees, this gorgeous home is fresh and cheery inside, detailed in light colors throughout the interior. The design of the kitchen, which opens up to the dining area, is a delight to the designated cook; you have all of the conveniences of home. Few things are more enjoyable than a good meal with friends gathered around the dining table or kitchen island, enjoying spectacular mountain views. Plan to spend quality time in the large living room, chatting with friends, watching TV or reading a book; then head down the stairs for some fun and games in the lower level recreation area.

All three bedrooms are decorated tastefully with light, delightful colors. The queen-sized beds in each bedroom make for comfortable sleeping. Additional people can be accommodated with a sleeper sofa and futon located in the living room. The house has a good design with a full bathroom on the lower level, a full bath on the second floor, and a half bath on the main level. And you are sure to enjoy all of the terrific extras in the house: DVD player, barbeque, microwave, washer/dryer, flat-screen TV in the living room, TVs in two of the bedrooms and the recreation area.

The Hideout is a four star premier gated community. In the winter months, young and old will enjoy skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing at the novice ski hill. Many will want to do some cross country skiing or ice skating, then enjoy a gourmet meal at the community club house, pub or lodge. You'll undoubtedly make multiple visits to the new recreation center -- to work out in the state-of-the-art fitness center, enjoy fun and games in the arcade room or play a game of tennis, basketball or shuffleboard.

You'll have fun in the sun at the Hideout, enjoying a wide variety of amenities, such as a private golf course, parks, great fishing, six lakes, boating, two sandy beaches and two pools. There are several outdoor tennis courts conveniently located throughout the community, captivating nature trails, an outdoor basketball court, miniature golf, a baseball field, and much more.

Surrounding the community are numerous attractions, including premier ski resorts, challenging golf courses, antique shops, discount mall, two casinos, water parks, gourmet restaurants, and horseback riding year round.
